Our hand selected properties must pass strict criteria before being made available to the public, and if we don't feel that you will have the best holiday experience in that house, then we won't take it on. That doesn't mean that our properties are expensive, but rather that the service provided to you will be top shelf. From the reservation process, to arriving at your stunning property, we deliver a complete experience that will have you raving about your time away long after you've returned home.

We are a boutique holiday rental agency offering the best experience for all our guests. To do this, we have:

During Your Stay

For all guests we offer on going customer service, even after you've arrived. Should you need assistance during your stay, please don't hesitate to contact us. Whatever your needs, whether its for family or friends we have you covered. For our guests we offer:

  • 9-5 in house guest requests
  • Early/Late check in/out where possible
  • Hotel quality Linen and Towels provided for all (bring beach towels)
  • Firewood (for properties with fireplace)
  • Advice and assistance on all local attractions and services
  • Free Wifi

While you are staying, if you have any need for something special, just give us a call and if we can do it for you, we will. We believe in bringing you the best customer service around and are here to help.

We want you to come back year after year and so offer more than simply a place to sleep. If there is something special that you require, our pre-arrival concierge service are here to help. From having the fridge stocked with goodies ready for your arrival, to private massage, perhaps you'd like the house filled with fresh flowers for that special romantic escape or a tour of the local wineries if more for you. Let us know your requests as early as possible and we will do everything in our power to make that a reality.

“Lawndale in Foxground is as picturesque as it looks. The property is great for a weekend away or really well equipped to accommodate a longer stay. The setting is stunning - huge green property with views of mountains and lots of wildlife. The place is a great mix of old and new. The heritage house has lots of charm and character and the modern extension is stylish. The place has everything you need and you have no reason to leave! Just sit back by the pool and enjoy. The place and the facilities are great in their own right, but the thing that makes this property extra special is the hospitality shown to me and my friends by Hamish. He went to the 'nth degree to ensure we were comfortable. The personal touches (like the craft beer and gelato from the local store) made us feel so welcome. Right from booking, he was also so communicative and quick at responding to all our questions. Because of this, we'd very happily stay at Lawndale again or any other property that Hamish manages.
